About Hazy-deer
Bringing order and calm to country homes across Canada since our founding. We understand rural living because we live it too.
Our Story
Hazy-deer began when our founder, after relocating from the city to a sprawling country property, discovered that conventional organization methods simply did not work for rural homes.
The challenges were numerous: seasonal equipment that needed accessible storage, a workshop that served multiple functions, a kitchen that handled both everyday meals and preserving harvests, and guest rooms that transformed into storage during off-seasons.
Unable to find professional organizers who understood these unique needs, we decided to build a service specifically for country homeowners. Today, our team brings practical expertise to rural properties throughout Canada.
What Makes Us Different
Generic organization services often approach homes with a one-size-fits-all mentality. They prioritize aesthetics over function, minimalism over practicality.
We take a different approach. Country living requires keeping certain items that city dwellers would never need: snow removal equipment, canning supplies, backup generators, animal care tools, and seasonal decorations that mark the passage of rural life.
Our systems accommodate these realities while still creating calm, functional spaces. We never ask you to throw away something you genuinely need.
- Expertise in large-scale property organization
- Understanding of seasonal storage requirements
- Respect for working farms and homesteads
- Systems designed for durability and daily use

Our Values
Every decision we make is guided by principles that reflect the realities of country living and the trust our clients place in us.
Practical Over Perfect
We design systems that work in real life, not just in photographs. A mudroom needs to handle wet boots and dirty tools. A pantry needs to accommodate harvest season abundance. Our solutions reflect these truths.
Respect for What You Keep
We never pressure clients to discard belongings. Rural living often requires items that others might consider unnecessary. If you need it, we help you store it properly. If you decide to let something go, that choice is always yours.
Lasting Results
Quick fixes create recurring problems. We invest time in understanding how you use each space so the systems we create remain effective for years, not weeks.
Honest Communication
We provide realistic assessments of what organization can achieve. Some challenges require structural changes rather than storage solutions. We tell you the truth about what will work.
